I know this is old as hell, but I’ve been saying this since endwalker. It’s very prohibitive to new players. Honestly it shouldn’t have double limits on it at all. You have the limit of 3 per day for each tribe AND a limit of 12 a day total.

Square needs to pick one. Either 12 total, and I can dump them all in to one tribe if I want to, or no total, and keep the 3 per day for a single tribe, so you can hit all your tribes every day, especially for the sprouts.
