    This is unnacceptable

    Hello.

    I've come here to complain that there is an ongoing issue with server disconnections that has been going on for WEEKS now. I understand a couple of days of server issues, but this is a game I pay montly to play, so I expect the game servers to run smooth. Hopefully there's in-game compensation for this like game time or shop items or at least I want my f money back.

    I have 647Mbps download and upload on speedtests and less than 20ms in most popular games

    In the end, it's a DDoS attack on a data center.

    (Correction)

    It may be related to the NTT Data Center routing. That has apparently been plaguing many players, according to a current 156-page post on these forums.

    My partner and I are unsubbing - we've been loyal customers for over 3 years but Square and the admins of this forum's behavior in not addressing our concerns is unacceptable. They're not listening to our words, all we can do is make them listen to our wallets.

    If they wanted to provide some sort of consolation, it would probably make the most sense to send out a care package of gold/silver chocobo feathers or something. I doubt they ever will, though, because the connection issues aren't affecting all players. I think the only time they have offered game time was during Endwalker when it was nearly impossible to even log in into the game for weeks.

    I remember things about Endwalker--like sitting in a queue of thousands waiting to log in.
