I don't think so. They used to be less than 15 yalms if I remember. Pulling adds isn't a problem if your tank has a pulse anyway
It's still possible to hit and run the boss with the tether though.
I was sad when they removed the two melee AOE combos from the single target rotation, so I would appreciate that they don't simplify the job further.
Having to move closer to the boss regularly is a nice unique trait of the dancer job which other physical ranges do not have.
For my concern, it is part of what makes the dancer fun to me.
Hard pass. It'll make several fights, namely DDs, so damn exhausting. Also, skill issue.
Midcore is when you take a look at an Ultimate, nod along sagely to a guide and decide to do it when you get 12 months of uninterrupted vacation, which is to say: never.
PF adapts their strats for melee, PF can adapt their strats for ranged too. I don't see an issue, require that they adapt or proceed with another party/take the risk

I'd rather not pull the entire floor with a dancer. There are times when the shorter range is a bit annoying in arena fights, but goodness do I not want to stand on the opposite end of the floor to fight things in deep dungeons just so I don't pull the whole room.

Yeah sure, after making RDM's first melee combo 25y range, let's do it for DNC too
Fucking hell.
Secretly had a crush on Mao

I mean pulling adds is a problem in BA but that's kinda a special niche case
The low range on the big DNC finishers can definitely be frustrating to deal with, I remember back in M3s having to hope that my healer partner agreed and remember to adapt for me if we got pairs instead of spreads early into the fight, because Standard Finish couldn't reach the boss otherwise due to the range.

I look just like the roes next door... if you happen to live next door to an amusement park.

it matters in DD, it matters in field ops, it matters in fates. Demand for better designed raids, not less designed jobs.
