I am enjoying it a lot but I'd like a way to have it permanently open, it always closes any time you change maps or instances, when I want to have it permanently visible on a spot somewhere on my screen, with the option to close it when I want.

Agree, and I would also like a way to lock the buttons. They do not lock with the hotbar button lock, and I've accidentally dragged some when clicking too fast.

There's an option in the Command Panel settings for "disable dragging within command panel".

Still waiting on a tackle box to get all the fishing lures out of my main inventory. The very thing they said they couldn't do that oddly resembles this very panel...

Okay not to say that a tackle box shouldn't happen, but you are comparing apples and oranges here, Command Panel is essentially 4 extra length-yet-compact dedicated hotbars, a tackle box would be an additional form of item storage, you are focusing on the aesthetic of the function, and not on the actual behavior.

I’ve been greatly enjoying the Command Panel. I’m still a Sprout but it’s been helping me maintain my different Class/Jobs. I also use it for switching mounts that I use for different costume sets but same Job.
