1. Allow us to log-out in our homes similar to how beds work in an inn.
2. Auto tenant status for all alts on the same service account.
3. Move workshops to the grand company office.

I fully support all of these ideas! May I also add...
4. Make it possible to stable chocobos at Bentbranch and do all the things like training and color changing there.
5. Move garden plots to the Botanist's guild and bind them to the service account, but alts all have full access to that garden.
6. Allow us the ability to teleport to our houses without the need for the mini-atheryte.

Well said! and i support the OG poster.I fully support all of these ideas! May I also add...

A hope is that bright light burning within each and everyone of us!

I've posted this before but my proposition was making an "inn room" that's similar to the FC rooms you can have, though every house gets one regardless if its FC or personal. Put a bed in there, the glamour dresser, and some other stuff.
Not sure how point #4 is nessasary, considering that you can get an apartment and use the chocobo stable there? But another option would be fine.
Everything else I agree with.

I put number 4 so it's not tied to having a house or an apartment and is its own mini-game. I see no reason why people who haven't had a chance to get either due to the way the housing market is should be locked out of being able to dye or train their chocobo. It's the same reason why I suggested putting gardening plots in the Botanist's Guild instead of them being house dependent.I've posted this before but my proposition was making an "inn room" that's similar to the FC rooms you can have, though every house gets one regardless if its FC or personal. 7. Enforce Max 1 house per DC and 1 FC per Server, to a maximum of 5 FC'sI fully support all of these ideas! May I also add...

8. Remove Grandfathering, but use some of the above peoples suggestions to make up for it.
9. Large House should have 100% item limit increase, where as medium/small would be sufficient with 50%
10. 100% Control over how you want to place things and more having need of having to use glitches.
11. being able to rotate items in whatever direction.

Considering TARDIS housing is confirmed and everyone would have access to a large interior, it'd be leagues better to separate the item limit from the layout itself to allow for more creativity. Both cottage and mansion interiors are simply an instance, so nothing stops them from allowing an S-size room to have a 400 item limit slot.
TARDIS won't force everyone into an L interior, but it will punish those who don't do it if the item limit is kept limited by the layout's size.
This, I want to keep my small for the detail an item density when the increase comes.Considering TARDIS housing is confirmed and everyone would have access to a large interior, it'd be leagues better to separate the item limit from the layout itself to allow for more creativity. As others have said, I would say it would be simpler to just give us a flat maximum item limit regardless of the actual size of the house. The system is a bit complicated as is.7. Enforce Max 1 house per DC and 1 FC per Server, to a maximum of 5 FC's

Other than that, I love every single suggestion you have here! Especially the max housing/FC's and removing the Grandfathering. I understood why they did the Grandfathering back when the game was smaller. It was annoying, but I got it. They weren't breaking the rules at the time and yadda, yadda, yadda. Unfortunately, the times have very much changed and the situation now is not sustainable. Compensate them nicely, but they've got to free up the plots.
So if they decide to retroactively change the rules again, vwould you be fine being stripped of your personal if they decide to go back to FC only plots? As others have said, I would say it would be simpler to just give us a flat maximum item limit regardless of the actual size of the house. If youre ok with someone else being stripped of their plot, you should be fine and willing to have your own plot stripped from you regardless of the rules at the time because "times changed"
