Weren't new hairstyles usually shown in the patch notes beforehand though?

I mean "new" hairstyles, not existing ones for the incomplete races.
I don't see a single new one in the notes.

They don’t normally put the new styles in the preliminary notes. Typically the primary notes show only the basics they’ll hold the new styles for the full notes Monday
