I feel like all the clues point to the Elezen dude being the President. The Arcadion's mascot makes sense for the President's feral soul, and in the artwork he's shown opposite the WoL rather than included in the group photo which makes me feel like he's intended to stand out from the others, especially since Hector and Eutrope are in it.
That's Fair. Given her speaking role in the trailer, that's what makes me think she's the champion over the dude. Either way, we have one fight missing and I feel Everything burns can only fit either the Elezen dude or the missing fight.

Also, dug up the intro cutscene from the LL just to make sure I wasn't talking out of my ass from something I watched at 1am, and yeah, 1:10:26 in the LL reveals it's M2. (I don't know how to paste images, lol.)
