I have never viewed any of the scenes "fetish territory"; that's more telling of your mind then anything else.
They are somewhat above weird though with how the food looks vs the rest of the graphics at times.

G'raha eating a taco was cute and funny.
Same with Prishe eating the taco in the raid storyline, could that more funny then anything else.

The ice cream cone was bizzare and I didn't like it, but at no point did I consider it "fetish".

Cosmic Exploration can be started the moment you complete Endwalker, the final 6.0 quest, and is considered an Endwalker quest. Similarly, Ishgardian Restoration is accessible upon completing Litany of Peace, the final 3.3 quest, and plays the Heavensward quest theme because it's considered a Heavensward quest even though it was released in Shadowbringers.

Right, that's the point I am making with it. It's additional EW content being initially advertised and packaged as DT content, meanwhile we're missing standard content we should be receiving in this expansion, i.e. the 7.3 custom delivery.

New content is still new content whether it's put in ARR or Dawntrail, I struggle to understand what the problem is here and how it has anything to do with custom deliveries. Additionally I think you're getting a bit ahead of the horse here saying it's sunset, we still have 7.5 and X.5-X.55 patches tend to have the most side content of the expac.

While I'm at it, I'm going to argue SE should actually reduce the rate at which they add custom delivery NPCs and that this is a good thing. What hasn't been mentioned in this thread yet is the fact every custom delivery NPC has an achievement for 150 turn-ins. Right now there are 11 custom delivery npcs with a max of 6 turn-ins per week and with the total limit of 12 per week you can only work on 2 NPCs at most every week. This currently means for a new player to complete the 150 turn-in achievement for every npc they must do custom deliveries for 150 weeks or nearly 3 whole years to catch up. That's 150 weeks to just catch up right now and every 2 additional NPCs just makes that number go up by 25 more weeks. The more custom delivery NPCs they add the harder it will be for new players to catch up for those achievements.
