The Glamour news got me to reconsider quitting. (Honestly, I should quit more often if stuff like this comes out of nowhere lol.)
So here is my main outfit I'll be using for a good while. Only wish the Boarskin subligar had two dye channels because the leather is smoother vs the Darklight I am using.

I also hope they put out a regulator glamour item to complete the look.

Kinda iffy on the gloves, but I have been looking for good, lightly armored boots for a very long time. Turns out, they belong to healers from FFXI. Who knew?

1) I made Clare from Claymore, but now I'll be able to make a super accurate take on her with the aurum smalls or dyable variant, and other tops (can't remember their name). That's the current restricted one: https://ffxiv.eorzeacollection.com/g...witch-claymore

2) The yellow gasmask and all the military looking gear which cannot be used with machinist will likely be used. I'll be able to make a hazmat suit person with a flamethrower.

3) The lovely white mage job gear such as long arm pieces will be used.

4) I know people will be using the gatherer's hamlet cutter's hat to make Link. A lot of ARR DoL/DoH gear is actually nice and later crafter gear, that will be fun to experiment with on DPS.

5) I made Dizzy from Guilty Gear, with skallic/snow linen unlocked I can make Millia Rage. And also Dark Heart from Arcana 3.

There's probably much more but those come to mind.

Edit: I had a play around in the glamor dresser, you would be able to make some interesting glamours with no restrictions, I look forwards to seeing what people do.
