WE POPPIN THE BIGGEST BOTTLES IN 7.4
I can't believe they're adding this in a patch rather than an expansion selling point!
I'M SO SHOCKED IN A GOOD WAY!
Congratulations on getting what you wanted. I hope what remained of Job Identity was worth it to you.
7.3 WILL SAVE HROTHGAR!! TRUST THE PROCESS!!
Identity even just aesthetically has been in the toilet for a really, really long time.
All they've done is stopped using a non-existent rationale to justify an inane restriction, and have instead committed to something they started a really long time ago.

1. Jobs could already dress to look like a non job (Casual glams, armor on mages, robes on tanks ect.)
2. This doesn't effect "Job identity" in the actual way people use that term when talking about Job Identity, most people talk about gameplay related things when saying Job Identity which jobs have flashy visuals, different weapons and already have enough visual differences to "stand out" Lets actually talk about making the gameplay reflect Job Identity rather then if black mage can wear armor or not (it already could). This expands my job fantasy for paladin by letting me wear maiming glams (the panthean set dyed) rather then bulky armor that i dont like so i can't wear much. This expands visuals looks, identity and design for people who want that.
Congrats SE on being 10k usd richer.![]()
PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GODS make all Class sets "outfit sets" using that feature they added.
Oh and all relic weapons able to be stored.

What job identity? Healers have multiple sets of what looks like heavy armor (tome set from Endwalker comes to mind), tanks can tank in a g-string and a chicken head, PvP sets or Mog Station sets are job agnostic...there was no "job identity". I would say I would prefer artifact gear being locked to its respective job but unlock everything else.

I'm happy we will finally not need to store duplicate gear for different classes, which are identical except for the colors (ex: BM /WM). This is going to free up plenty of dresser space.![]()
