Is there any worthwhile solo XP grinding methods that aren't timegated in this game?

I'm on a quest to get all my combat jobs to level 100. I have 8 so far (+BLU @80) so I'm no stranger to grinding levels, but what I've come to realize is that everything in this game is locked behind some sort of wait or time gating.

Dailies and Weeklies are great xp, sure, but what if I want to play now. I run out of these bonuses extremely quickly, and the only thing that's left is to queue for dungeons that sometimes take 15+ minutes of waiting and doing absolutely nothing in the meantime.

Sure, there's Deep Dungeon soloing, and then maybe something like Bozja skirmishes/CEs, but these are either difficult gamemodes to get into (Deep Dungeons being one where if you die you lose any potential xp you would have gotten, and with it your time, and Bozja being difficult right now unless you can solo everything because groups are getting harder to find by the day). And yes you can just queue for dungeons and spam those, but DPS queue times can be atrocious especially at off hours- and waiting for other people to do content with you just isn't fun.

Until about level 70 where you can at least start spamming FATEs that are relatively easy to just solo on most classes, there's nothing you can do in the early game that doesn't require queueing or utilizing daily/weekly bonuses. Is there?

Maybe the game just wasn't meant to have people trying to play catch up like this, because I started in Shadowbringers (subbed very inconsistently) and find it difficult to complete everything within an expansion cycle. I just want to be maxed out before the end of an expansion for once But, either way, I think this is a general gripe I have with the game. To one extreme there's games like Runescape where you can grind and grind and get somewhere and feel like you've made progress, but I swear I spend more time waiting for something to happen or shrugging at my screen when I've exhausted my leveling, alliance raid, and main scenario roulettes for xp when all I want to do is "see number go up brrr".

edit: I did forget about Duty Support being updated for Stormblood and such.. I might try that but I haven't done much of it to test. I have done trusts at 70+ and those are ok generally, so we'll see.

Usually I do duty support until I exhaust rested exp. Without rested exp it's literally a tortue, it's insane how much time levelling takes. And for jobs that start at level 70-80 it doesn't feels too bad but if you're levelling from 1? That's just the worst.
