No one has been bidding on smalls for awhile now. I'm on Excalibur and my Ward has had the same 3 empty small plots with 0 bids for five or six lotto cycles now (maybe more). The same can be found in most Wards. Small plots aren't that hard to find anymore, but it seems no one wants them.
