I would try that if I could queue solo into the new dungeon. My guess is that mana would be the biggest issue, so after like a few minutes you'd run out of mana before the mobs are dead. Super hi-ethers might make it possible, but it'd be really slow.

It's doable if you can find 3 people willing to que with you so you are let in, then immediately leave.
