I would be totally fine with that, if the compromise was all the gear sets were dyeable from the start, and the cool special FX/better stats is what you got from Savage. It might also encourage them to get more creative with the FX too! And on the other hand, I didn’t particularly care for the fire effects of that tier, so it would’ve been nice if Normal was plain and Savage got the FX.

But imo they really need to get to a baseline of all new gear being immediately dyeable, with both channels. I’m beyond annoyed at having undyeable gear (especially from dungeons!) in the expansion that hyped up dual dyes as a feature. I’m still going to go back and do old Savage for the mounts, weapons and just the fun of it anyway. But Savage should get something more exciting than dye channels. lol
