    Baldesion Arsenal and Delubrum Reginae Savage raiders have a reason to engage with the "base" zones of Eureka and Bozja, even if all they want to do is those raids: re-acquiring Lost Actions. Furthermore, that engagement can be indirect, because they can pay someone else gil to do the work.

    Occult Crescent lacks all of that, because Phantom Jobs aren't consumables in the same way, let alone consumables that can be sold on the marketboard. Forked Tower's entry requirements and currency requirements are the only reason a Forked Tower raider has a reason to spend time in South Horn.

    My guess is that that's what SE was thinking. This is one of those situations where they shaved off the (potential) annoyance of re-acquiring consumables but didn't fully think through the downstream consequences.

    This content already infested with bots ranging from very rare fate/atma grind (one example is dps waiting near fate for it to be pulled by anyone and said dps just does any range cast on repeat for credit), very rare coffer farmers (i saw one so far, poor thing broke over coffer but it was obvious pixel perfect on top of it) and probably the best reason for people to bot there - stupid pot achievement.

    If they remove all these entrance/instance needed annoyances these "players" won't notice that. Square wants this content dead - they forgot to put light farming there.

    I had more fun doing castrum/dalrada for mettle/xp with echo and small number of players recently than progging/reclearing forked tower.

    And also also, no one will notice if they remove secret from forked tower. Support fate gives like negative amount of sanguinite for both overworld and raid for it to be worth to do every run.

    But i guess the person behind secret room is so full of himself and proud of his work so it will be the reason for no fast q/cipher needed yadda yadda.

    I will try to contain myself again, since i am stepping into territory of ridiculous silver grind for sets and even worse one - sanguinite ....
