A glamour design contest.

So we have seen a lot of hairstyle, furniture design contest. But do we have a glamour design contest yet? I'm sure there are a lot of people would like to show off their design for new glam that can be use for seasonal events, dungeons, raids and so forth.

There has been gear design contests, but its been awhile. A simple google search can tell you when and which pieces of gear won. iirc they were all stuck behind pvp

That was the furnishing design contest… I entered this year!

As far as I know, there hasn’t been a gear design contest since I started playing in late Stormblood, so no idea if they have any plans to bring it back, but I wish they would!

Maybe we'll get a design contest for a race themed glam? We got one for each race and gender, so maybe adding more variants for race theme clothing would be an interesting idea.

Maybe a race gear based of which job you wear like a caster lalafell gear or a Hrothgar tank gear.

Only one set was pvp. They had contests for each role, and then SE designed the rest of the sets. The tank gear was tome gear, the healer and caster were dungeon gear, melee was pvp, and ranged was crafted.

That’s great to see how many of those we already got in game! Now I have to go look and see if the Neo-Ish designer just did the Aiming and SE did the rest of the sets based on that, or if the designer did them all. I love seeing everyone’s creativity so much!
