If you are so bothered by what others do to their game that it affects you personally, then why not start your own FC and enforce your strict rules. No one's stopping you. Let the applications flow.

FCs are completely social content, there's literally no benefit from joining one unless you have access to the FC workshop. So just start your own social group. It's better than forcing yourself with others that you don't share the same beliefs with.
