it's an mmo, inherently a social game, so of course we'll see glams on others that we don't personally like. i think people also exaggerate just how skimpy others' glams are - you are straight up not seeing leagues of naked catgirls without mods.

actually, never mind - this explains your take in full. "people look too gay in my video game!!" it's...final fantasy.
if I have to look at cringe boob armor that leaves the entire vital organs unprotected, you have to look at casual glams. Which is to say, heck off, this is literally not a problem.
e/: oh cool OP is yet another queerphobe
Midcore is when you take a look at an Ultimate, nod along sagely to a guide and decide to do it when you get 12 months of uninterrupted vacation, which is to say: never.

Let's be real here for a moment, for a franchise called Final Fantasy, the amount of fantasy in my final is lower than I thought it'd be lol
Damn.what is wrong with my ribbon, man? I thought I looked cute in my mugshot.
That's because the Final Fantasy anthology series is as much a Sci-fi series as a high fantasy series, and always has been. That mix is built into the design language that marks games as Final Fantasy and each game swings between more of less of each type of fantasy fiction.
Some times it's a high fantasy environment with smatterings of incredible tech. Sometimes is a very grounded, realistic looking world that inexplicably has magic. It's just part of the variety.
The dead, ancient, super advanced society with remaining technology including space travel and robots being explored by a standard D&D-like party was in Final Fantasy. As in, the first one on the Nintendo Entertainment System. Shoot, the first superboss was a robot that eventually developed into the reoccurrences of Omega as a boss.
That's just what Final Fantasy is.

Whenever you criticize extremely inappropriate, overly revealing clothing, you're immediately labeled a homophobe, bigot, or queerphobe.
Just to understand.
Suppose you have a boyfriend or girlfriend in real life who dresses completely revealingly, like bikini bottoms, boots, a top that would give any five-cent prostitute a run for their money... would you like to go out in public with that boyfriend/girlfriend?
And I don't mean to parties, but in general. Would you accept it the same way you do in the game? I don't think so.
Yes, this game is called Final Fantasy, and that certainly doesn't refer to the complete sexualization of a pixel character. So why not just play Second Life?
This has nothing to do with prudishness or any kind of hatred towards a certain group of people, but rather with the fact that many people want to play the game normally.
Why should we accept you as you are, but you, in turn, aren't willing to make any compromises without immediately acting like a victim?
A glamour toggle wouldn't hurt anyone, no one would notice. You would see yourself normally, as always, and anyone using the toggle wouldn't see your glamour.
What disadvantage would that have for you? If you use mods, no one else would see your dirty changes to your character or clothing except you and those using the same mod.
Why isn't there a huge wave of outrage? The answer is simple... BECAUSE NO ONE SEES IT BUT YOU, THE MOD USERS!
If Yoshi P. allows mods, then he should also allow a glamour toggle and implement it in the game. You can't just cater to one group and not to another.
Someone call the Forum Police! Because I wrote passive aggressively that DT looks not good. Oh how right I was!
Yes, because I'm not insecure about myself and if my partner feels good dressing like that, I'm not going to argue about it. Mostly because they are their own person and can make their own choices, it's not up to me to forbid them to dress whatever way they feel comfortable.Suppose you have a boyfriend or girlfriend in real life who dresses completely revealingly, like bikini bottoms, boots, a top that would give any five-cent prostitute a run for their money... would you like to go out in public with that boyfriend/girlfriend?

What kind of controlling pos are you even?

You know full well it's a lie. Neither you nor anyone else in this game who endorses all of the above would actually appear like that in public, let alone be seen with someone who dresses like that. But assure everyone here that this is true.Yes, because I'm not insecure about myself and if my partner feels good dressing like that, I'm not going to argue about it. And on the subject of control... where does this bullshit even come from? You can't control anyone in an online game.
