    All items on the shop should be account bound.

    If they're so worried about people buying from the shop, then make it account bound. We know they can do it, it's the case with all non-holiday mounts. Why that's not applicable to outfits/emotes/hair, I don't know.

    If 'money' is the argument - I'm far less likely to ever buy anything from the shop given it's not account bound whereas I'd be more inclined if it wasn't just per-character.

    For the love of gods, this game should be more alt-friendly. At least drop the story requirements if you've completed it on one character & share shop purchases with the entire account, bare minimum.     Money really isn't the argument. The cash shop is nowhere near as lucrative as they make it out to be. It's one of many feeble excuses.

    Isn't the money actually the reason why is not account bound?

    Not saying it's right, but if it "forces" players with multiple characters to spend more...

    It does the opposite and makes me spend less. Pretty much the only things I used to buy were the mounts due to account bound, now I don't bother to buy a thing anymore. I'd probably consider a few outfits otherwise, but it not being account bound means I'm most definitely not wasting my money.

    yeah only really buy mounts from mog station buying hairs and outfits is a waste of money because one day square will fix it and make the cosmetics account wide.

    I agree with this. And I'm someone with no alts.

    A client is already paying more above the sub; let all their characters use whatever the item is.
