They almost never say anything in-game.

The game itself even actively pokes fun at Lalafells. And the other playable races. But it's mostly Lalafell and Miqo'te. So a little bit of trolling can be assumedly acceptable within reason.

I think I'm more floored by the fact that telling someone "just quit playing then" apparently counts as a ToS violation.

Not to say the countless people spewing it on the forums deserve to be punished of course, but rather it means a bunch of them may have unwittingly been racking up report-worthy offenses if anyone actually went through the trouble of reporting every single instance of it happening.
