8.0 should be about eighth umbral calamity on the source or something
8.0 should be about eighth umbral calamity on the source or something
I doubt much is gonna happen
This isn't something that's been a short term project they've been working on it for years. Yoshida also makes a big show of new classes at fanfest and I can't see him changing that either.you are on copium if you think he'll add a new job after reworking whole battle system. and retuning every job currently in the game some content clean up trashy class design they had sense realm reborn seriously think gonna add new job after removing all harmonized abilities every job in the game. dont get me wrong be nice have new job but task they have before them is far bigger then then you or any realise . these reworks gonna take large amounts of there budget if they dont do this and we have another expansion like dawn trail like any other this game will die it be final nail in final fantasy 14 coffin. they cannot ignore give us bad class design anymore they cant afford to be sloppy with it. like they did with dawn trail
aren't you askin little to much from them. at this point why add anymore jobs when rest of jobs are terrible have large about problems if cant fix the jobs they currently have why add to the problem
I think people are reading job identity and expecting something akin to specs from wow or merit points from 11 and we're going to be way off the mark.I do remember him saying this in a liveletter that they would be focusing on job identity alot more. It might have been 6.5 liveletter are one of the dawntail specific ones.
Not job balance, but the identity. But it was a translation so it could have been taken out of context as well.
I do think they will be focusing more on making job identity matter in some way and maybe with a level cap of 100 they can do that with job mastery of some kind.
BRD and MCH when they were the 2 sole rphys in the game couldn't be more different from each other in spite of offering raid buffs both. The problem with this is that I play MCH precisely because its NOT BRD and DNC, so turning it into "yet another buffbot" would just make me reconsider playing the job, not enjoy it more.
It would also count as more of that homogenization that people dread so much by making it "BRD and DNC but with different animations".
Secretly had a crush on Mao
i just want proper job complexity and depth (and a MCH rework) for 8.0, instead of a skill floor we still have a skill basement, people who dont wanna learn can just either improve at it or play a different game there are many good ones out there
Ask any ranged dps player do enjoy the buff bot part of there job most of them say its unfun choir they have to do
main thing is God awful role skills and how total shit mch is its always same every expansion. its hard for them to balance they have continueless struggled to balience mch for it be any use. watch is awful
they know we know it. its about time they did something instead of doubt have some faith they gonna finally do something
cause they lost of lot of money investers are pissed. they are forced to change rather want too or not cause they dont this game will die some old thing isnt gonna work anymore
if think they gonna do same thing your on copium
When one outlines what's actually offered by a new expansion like that... it's real roughMy predictions:
-lv.110 capstone
-Traits for Role Actions, Enhanced Arm's Length, Enhanced Surecast
-Your lv 100 Finisher gets a follow up action
-5 leveling dungeons (at lv 101, 103, 105, 107, 109)
-3 Expert Dungeons
-3 Trials (lv 103, 109 and 110)
-2 Extreme trials
-An MSQ
-6 Overworld zones
-New Treasure dungeon
oh there will also be an alliance raid series and a savage raid series but those come in the following patches.
please look forward to it
That person is hopeless they given up hope long time ago for any real change cause they were disappointed every turn my dev team of this game
best just ignore them I do
guys like seriously have not seen how much money squire-enix has lost cause dawn trail your stupid if you think they wont do anything or change anything try fight get those players back.
Yoshi-p and there dev is backed into corner is forced to change. not being unrealistic when say this but losing 29. billion dollars is huge wake up call. people voting with there wallets. if you cant see that change finally coming should come. then you are the problem you need change your attatude not helping the dev team any by posting this crap that number dropping every day. dawn trail is killing final fantasy 14. like 1.0 did before realm reborn.
they know it they arent blind there panicing at moments. there bosses are chewing them up there investors are raging mad . THEY HAVE TO DO SOMETHING Rather you like it or NOT they will or this game will die your choice

we dont need this type of crap or slop added to are game EVER again if it is rip why are ff player base so stupid. hasn't figure this out yet. if next expansion FAILS then final fantasy 14 your account everyone everyone elses. we be going ff14 discontinued. ITS over FF11 is making more money in 2025 then FF14 is at this moment. cause that bad
tell me what is like snorting that much copium think this game gonna survive at this rate. whats really killing this game is this idiotic player base that doesn't wish to this game to evolve at all. gets super toxic when any change introduced positive or not toi game even if saves it from getting destroyed. say love then game so much. you sure dont show it
