Rofl, the dancer outfit on the men looks really weird. The shoes... freshly stolen from Daisy Duck. Jesus, what's going on with SE? So many weird gear and glamour sets since DT.
Someone call the Forum Police! Because I wrote passive aggressively that DT looks not good. Oh how right I was!

You want what??

man where did this army of gender essentialist dudebros come from
Midcore is when you take a look at an Ultimate, nod along sagely to a guide and decide to do it when you get 12 months of uninterrupted vacation, which is to say: never.

It's probably in part that it needs to accommodate a bigger variety in bodies and poses. If they wanted to keep it faithful to the original, it'd need a lot more manual adjustments and/or would cause a lot more clipping than XIV's soulless assembly line mentality for new gear would allow for.I'm really happy that they chose this to be the new aiming set...
But I feel disappointed with the actual execution. The "skirt", that is more like a waist draping, is so ugly ingame. It flares out and is stiff, unlike the source material seen on this image where the draping is form-fitted to the hip.
Not every male character in this game wants to be a bunny femboy in a croptop or g'raha tia in a wedding dress.
Only because you like it this way doesnt mean that the other 95% of cis straight guys need to like it aswell.
Pride month is over bro.
There's no such thing as a "male" dancer.
