Final Fantasy 11 LAST RAID TIER

- Promathia seems like a safe bet, if they stay on this CoP/Zilart focus
- They already put the Sky Gods in the Kirin fight, so none of those
- Possibly could do a two-parter Alexander/Odin fight? The only problem with that and perhaps a Shinryu fight is the devs might worry that non-XI players would get confused between the XI and XIV versions of those gods.
- The way they've been vague about Alxaal, if he IS the Adventurer, I'm wondering if they could do something surprising and have us face Alxaal's version of the Disjoined One, maybe with Alxaal NPC as an assist? But that's some Rhapsodies content and I wonder if they'll even go past like ToAU with the expacs being featured in the raid.
- Maat would be a fun early/mid boss, or at the very least maybe a reference?

I'm probably in the minority that's kind of tired of Shantotto being in everything; it'd be nice to give the slot to a character that isn't always as prominently featured. But if they're desperate for nostalgia, I wouldn't be surprised to see her annoying rhyming self pop up.

Gear-wise I would love to see the Homam and Morrigan sets... or if they actually took a page from what a lot of current players wear, maybe Malignance and Nyame sets?

From my understanding Alxaal isn't THE adventurer but rather just AN adventurer who's one of the FF11 WoL's (Player character's) friends, especially as post Jeuno TFW, if memory serves, Alxaal and Prishe both refer to one person with your player character's gender.

That being said, I do very much hope for the disjointed one to make their appearance, if not directly then at least as a gearset- though, to be honest, they've been riding RotZ and CoP so hard that I doubt we'll see anything more than the elvaan dancer/lilisette sets and the offhand comment from the Hume Black Mage NPC about Corsairs for anything beyond COP.

Maat and the brown mages feels like something that Alxaal would bring up but not actually be someone we fight, honestly.

My expectations are Promathia, Altana, or the Promathia equivalent from Rhapsodies (I've forgotten the name they were actually given...) as the final two bosses, or final boss.
If we end up fighting Promathia, I do hope it's a direct fight reference to the battle in CoP though, with Selh'teus and Prishe- wouldn't be suprised if Selh'teus or Cait Sith pop up to whisk Alxaal back through the walk of echoes either though.

Lilith might not be too bad of a fight to import, especially if we went with the idea of bringing the malignance sets...

But to be honest, I'm out of good ideas here. I have some deranged ones, but the only ones left that aren't are, like, Shinryu, Sempurne, Cloud of Darkness again... Balamor... Hades? I'm running out of compelling story bosses here.
