    The reason why people keep getting crystal Tower so much. Is because so many new players have a hard time finding groups to unlocks the other alliance raids due o them being so old. And duty roulette will only throw you into AR you have unlocked and everyone basically has to have CT unlocked to progress the story.

    And while I'm not new, I haven't been able to do a single AR beyond ARR, because no one does older AR anymore..

    Unironically you shouldn’t have access to the roulette if you haven’t unlocked the other ones

    As a healer main in this game for nigh on 14 years all I can say is that I’m tired. My role has been eroded of complexity and expression for 3 expansions. I’ve watched the tanks do my role for me for 2 expansions and my feedback and critiques continue to fall on deaf ears.

    I have no idea who modern healers are designed for but I know now it’s not me. This is the first expansion I’m truly considering dropping the healer role and not returning, so if that was the goal- congratulations I guess
