I don't share the same viewpoint as OP and some others when it comes to gender and clothing, but I do think freedom of expression is important, and if they feel like its too feminine for them? Shrug. Personally I find most of the examples given in here not anywhere near feminine. But why fight over that?Great then join the rest of us asking for unrestricted clothing! Feedback should be productive and I think more things could be done if we just accept the end result will be same for a lot of people to get what they are asking for.
I’m all for job unrestricted glams, I just wonder what’s the exact reason for them being locked, because with amount of different flavours of all-job glams, I don’t really buy the explanation that it can’t happen due to keeping the job identity.

people* irrespective of gender have different body shapes. gender has nothing to do with anatomy. You're conflating gender with biological sex.

This isn't a debate over gender roles. OP just wants more masculine clothing. A good example of this is for the new FFXI raids they give us the old Dancer artifact gear, but they ONLY give us the female versions even though there is a male version. No one cares if you can equip it with both genders. Do it and have a blast, but I think their point is fair. I mean in most cases tank gear has some kind of skirt attached. Not a big fan of that either.
"across the globe" isn't a monolith community. I've lived in countries where it's normalized for men to wear makeup. In the u.s it's really not. What is "masculine" clothing, and what makes said clothes "masculine"? Someone said "skirts are femine" but men (to this day) wear skirts (Lava-lava comes to mind).

I guess excuse me if i'm completely wrong on this, but name the country because i'm calling BS on this. And if you say Thailand I'll accept it because you baited me in a funny way.

I lived in Japan and Korea. It's also not out of the ordinary in China. Surely you don't unironically think there is a single standard across the globe regarding gender that can be projected onto every single culture?

I changed it to people* because those differences also occur within the same genders. Their argument was one of anatomy and reducing body difference solely down to gender. Anatomy has nothing to do with gender.

an average male from vietnam is shaped differently than an average male from samoa. an average female from china is shaped differently than an average female from latvia.

Yeah, we have different shapes in the game too. The races have different body shapes and you can pick male or female character models. If you haven't noticed.

It's ugly who are we kidding? There are very few cool masculine clothing options in this game. It's all cyberpunk/techwear slop or edgelord garbage. There is no in-between.
