If i had the nuts id get an axe, I miss a lot on my WAR and one miss is enough to negate the extra damage from Ifrits axe
This is faulty logic. There is no way to tell if that one miss happened because you didn't have the +30 ACC. You may have missed even with the Mogaxe, so it's pointless to blame your weapon for every miss.
uh... what?
get a parser. do stuff. analyze data. rocket science?
also, warriors need around 400+ accuracy for most 'endgame' activities right now, sometimes more (princess). if you're under 400 accuracy and you miss, and 30 acc from mogaxe would have put you over 400 (assuming you couldn't just switch a ring to electrum)... then yeah, it's pretty easy to tell you missed because of your weapon.

But accuracy caps at under 100%, does it not? There is no question the Mogaxe will increase your accuracy if you aren't capped, but if you miss once in a fight, there is a good chance it wasn't specifically because you weren't using a Mogaxe, as you may have missed regardless.uh... what?
