    NPC for San d'Oria: The Second Walk is not at designated spot in Tuliyollal

    I've have complete the quest "Jueno". I checked my journal and its listed as completed. But the NPC to start San d'Oria: The Second Walk is not there. Is there something else I am supposed to complete?

    There should be no other requirements - are you definitely looking in the right place? The quest you're looking for is 'Dreams of Paradise', from an NPC called 'Landsguard Messenger'.
