We really should be able to glamour other jobs' sets

Someone more versed in FFXI can probably tell me where all the gear comes from, but I'm fairly sure the red gear is Dancer AF gear from XI; and if they're going to let Dancer here use it, then chances are it's also useable by Bard and Machinist. The blue/white recolour of course is going to let another role use the same look, which could really be any of the melee roles (except striking, Prishe gear is using the Monk idle, more than likely it's shared with scouting).

Between this and the tomestone gear outright giving a WHM-themed robe, I'd rather they go the whole nine yards and unlock not just the role gear, but AF gear too.

Outermost left and right : Zeid's set + Recolor - Fending/Maiming
Red and white dancer outfit : Lilisette + Recolor, a variation of the Dancer AF but different. - Aiming/Scouting
White and Black outfit : Shantotto + Recolor - Casting/Healing

These sets shouldve been for all. Why 24man gear is locked behind jobs I will never understand.
Second reason I want all gear unlocked is because as a main healer I am SO SICK OF ROBES.
Yes I know that is a Shantotto inspired (or copied) gearset for the healers but holy f*ck I am sick of robes robes robes.

Also as a casual dancer it is annoying af that the dancer gear keeps getting shafted in favor of bard. This is the first time I see something that actually favors dancer.

Someone on Eorzea Collection today was trying to find a piece of gear used for one of the DT role quest NPCs… the top in question was Aiming, while the role quest was for either tank or healer, I can’t remember.

They make outfits for npcs that mix and match so that they look good. But players want to do the same thing too! And we have pay at least $12.99 USD every single month to be able to even play the game! The fact that they won't allow this is honestly getting ridiculous.

At this point it's the only major complaint I have about the game. But it's a huge, obscenely massive complaint.

Otherwise we'd surely have unrestricted glamour, more plates, and dressers with greater storage that can also be placed in our houses by now.

Maybe the dual dye system would've been better implemented too. I recall Yoshi-P being surprised at the amount of fanfare that received when they first announced it.

Cemented by the fact that the 2-dye channel was literally the most cheered on feature of the Keynote where it was announced.

Inb4 Square Enix releases a "Crystarium Duelist's Attire" which is ShB Alisaie attire. The top is literally the Astral Silk/Chivalric Doublet of Healing, no alterations but undyeable and no role restrictions! "You don't have to buy it." And Square Enix doesn't need to sell model swaps either.

So hey, I said this back in April last year and as I'm sure we know, we got the Crystarium Rebel Attire recently! Literally nothing in it is original! The boots are the angelic thighboots. The "pants" have been used twice now, lady's knickers/lord's drawers and scion healer's halftights, they were already unrestricted but now they're dyeable! The hand piece is the republican/classical medicus wrist torque. And drum roll for the chest piece, you know it, you love it, the chivalric/astral silk doublet of healing and it was the only thing that was really altered, now featuring two dye slots. That'll be 12 US dollars please.

Like Papalymo and Ida, described as a thaumaturge and a pugilist, both wearing pieces for tanks. When added to the cash shop suddenly class doesn't matter, but strangely gender does.
