i mean the GM also have rules in themself to follow they can contact you anytime but the GM jail isnt a thing they can spam if they want to talk to someone. unless suspension is in order then yes it well or something really bad happening.

I think I've completely lost the point you're trying to make?

Does it include account warnings (for no reason but that's beyond the point)?
And how do you actually report a GM? Especially after asking the GM inside to talk with a higher up and being denied repeatedly?
I even tried reaching outside the game through tickets, and they have a nice administrative loop that sends you back ingame for "in game related issues".

In the same vein if a mod deletes your topic, you're obviously in the wrong and need to submit to their authority."The idiom 'moving the goalposts' means to change the rules or requirements of a situation, activity, or argument in progress, typically to gain an advantage or make it harder for someone else to succeed. It implies an unfair alteration of the terms of engagement once an effort has been made to meet the original conditions"
The natural terminus of this philosophy of thinking is ending the Novice Network. Not a great solution. If someone is misbehaving and you kick them and report them then they will get in trouble. If they are not and you kick them and they report you, you get in trouble. I fail to see how this is a huge issue.

You're so close to getting it. The point isn't about unquestioned submission to authority, it's about consistency and fairness. The NN works best when rules are enforced predictably. Advocating for transparency shouldn't be a controversial opinion
