It literally excludes 99% of the players. Just logged in there looked at discords and no chance. Terrible idea and a waste of time I’ll not be renewing my sun either I just turn log in then turn it off anyway. Shame used to love the game
Bro forgot to take his pills again lol.Hey everyone, isn’t it interesting that with all these people who are complaining about the game have forum creation dates prior to 2017 and have less than 25 posts on the forums? These are spam bots on the forum. Some people may have bought accounts to spam the forums. Please don’t take these posts like the main poster seriously.
The higher the difficulty of the content I participate in the higher the proportion of miserable people I come across: i.e. I do not sense very much happiness present. I think the fundamental mistake the FFXIV developers have let themselves fall into is they do not hear what the players on external systems like Discord are actually saying and most of their harder content requires it and so there are far fewer in-game texts. Cherry-picked videos where things went well is not representative of the total playerbase experience. They see content being played but they don't really know if those players are actually happy while playing. I left OC and went back to Eureka and felt my stress levels drop because I met happier people to play with. SE really needs to find a way to differentiate between engagement and happiness. Endsinger is winning in the harder difficulties as far as I'm concerned. Happiness is contagious, but so is misery.

- What percentage of players is Ultimate
- What percentage of players is Savage
- What percentage of players is Extreme
- What percentage of players is Casual
When they compile this data, they can assess what Exploration Missions (Occult Crescent) should be for players to enjoy themselves.
People were expecting Casual to Extreme. What they got was Savage. Adding up how difficult it is to organize, how easy it is to wipe based on a few deaths, and overall mechanics, it's definitely a lot harder to play than Extreme.

I hope the devs are listening. We need the devs to please listen.
