wow...do u not understand that these events were already done before the game was released? why are u thinking that they spent all this time the last month or so trying to create this seasonal event. you have no idea whats going to be implemented or what else is going to be added in 1.17. you first complain that SE doesn't communicate with us enough and when they do, you then complain about something so small as a seasonal event.

The only viable role for an egg hunt in the current situation is actually for the children to show compassion. This is because at the current rate they will probably not survive this disaster, and rather than spending their last moments in this world hopeless and frightened, the egg hunt will be a distraction until the 40 degree water finally reaches the deck that they're playing on and ushers them away to sleep.

Wow are you children STILL whining about this? You do know that holiday events and all other content isn't mutually exclusive right? Working on one doesn't negate the other, get that through your thick skull. Different parts of the team work on different content simultaneously. You don't even know what is coming in 1.17, none of us do aside from the event. Nowhere does it say that 1.17 consists entirely or even mostly of the event. Details will come closer to the actual release of the patch.

If you think the game is sinking so horribly then please move on with your life. Seriously, there's something wrong with someone who posts on a forum for a game they clearly don't like in any way. I'm sick of seeing people here who have nothing better to say than "This game is sinking, SE fails."

How are holiday events ruining the game? They can develop holiday events and everything else at the same time. No one here wants to run the game into the ground.

Hell I will admit 100% that this game is nowhere near perfect. I know there is tons of work to be done and that needs to be done for this game to succeed in the long run. I know it has more pressing issues than holiday events however there's no reason that holiday events cannot co-exist with progress in every other area.

Holiday events take very little time to plan, create and implement compared to most anything else.
