It's always bad players that start doing this too, just like with spamming quick chat. It's always someone else's fault etc. It should be a reportable offense. Not to get banned but to have privileges like that disabled until they learn to not be an annoyance in addition to a detriment to their team.

OR if you mute said person it won't show up in chat. Its like wiht hte people who spam the markers on teh ground that constantly follows them. Really hope they put a CD on marking people, could be like 5 seconds or if you use a skill like paladin guardian then the CD is teh duration of teh skill CD
