Possible additional solution to Bismark's visitor woes here--force log-out travelers and such after 30 minutes AFK. I'll hazard a guess that enough people are AFK that long at this gathering that introducing such a condition would alleviate some of the congestion and let the locals use their home.

That introduces intent. People who intentionally game systems in order to avoid being logged can be treated differently than people who are just playing as the game allows.

Maybe auto-log just needs to be reintroduced across the board. Easier than trying to program a separate function for visitors.

This, event is primarily from ppl who use 3rd party software regularly which has anti-afk methods already. You'd need something stricter like "you can only visit OCE for x amount of hours each day" if you wanted to go the kick off the world route. Which I think is too extreme for Bismarck. They didn't even go that far for Aether when people wouldn't log out.
