I haven't had chance to try it yet but is it really that hard? Why have they stuck a savage level raid in OC where anyone in instance can sign up? Is it really like savage/ultimate?

Because the devs felt like personally challenging themselves on this patch to see if they could actually make it worse than BA in terms of organizing
