I will use the opportunity in this revived 2 year old thread to advocate for the chest slider on Lala's to actually do something. Whether it be more chiselled abs for male or more endowed females.

Strangely, the customization options probably need an infrastructure ovehaul before they could consider adding more choices.

Don't you all find odd that to give midlander males a stubble, they had not only to copy+paste face 5, but make the beard built in as a permanent texture? It almost feels as if the customization 'slots' that are not hairstyles and face paints have a technical number limitation. This means (speculation) as it is right now, they can only add something new if they remove something old.

We have things that can't really be explained by logic, like why some customizaton options are permanent features for some faces but not others? (e.g. Miqo'te male eye tattoos between faces #1 and #4).

They revealed they can't "AFFORD" to make a normal mode for their content. So you can kiss your other stuff goodbye too, including more character customization.

But don't let that stop the diehard defenders from saying its taking so long because "They are obsessed with quality" or some other absolutely DERANGED takes. They admitted they are incompetent, its over and its best we get used to SLOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW development and await whatever remakes they are ACTUALLY putting effort into.

One small thing that I feel would go a long way would be letting Hyur have Elezen ears. That's literally all it would take for "half-Elezen", which is something people have been asking for since Heavensward.
