Relic being tomestone step AGAIN is incredibly depressing

We had relics that were consistently useful during their intermediary stages in ARR. People complained that they devalued Coil weapons, so now they're catchup gear until the last ~6 months of the expansion.

Considering the nightmare of a grind those stages were in ARR days, this really surprised me.
