Thinking back on it, Eureka Orthos did virtually nothing to actually differentiate itself from HoH aside from adding a few new types of pomanders and even HoH only added the magicites and auspice buffs as the new gimmicks over the original PotD so...I have zero expectations here.

Being able to just make a persistent load-out of lost actions in a more true roguelite fashion is the most I could hope for and not actually that big of an ask, but even if they did I'd still be worried about them making silly design choices like requiring certain abilities to make bosses beatable.

This is why I believe when it comes to dev testing, they should first and foremost fight and overcome these bosses without any buffs or powerups obtained from the instance.

If you can beat the boss without any powerups, then it should be a matter of skill and luck, rather than purely just luck and praying for a certain lost action to drop. A great example is Nybeth Obdilord (PotD floor 100) who actually can be defeated without any buffs or specific pomanders, although that's more like fighting the boss on hard mode. In the end, it's still plausible, and what makes the experience fun.
