Why can't you finish seasonal quests you've already started?

I really dont know what you dont get? I mean you are blaming me because i defend the Game, but why wouldnt i defend a game i like?

btw for your other example "what when someone is not at home or is travelling" blablabla, how can he accept then the quest? 95% of the events are a matter of 2-3min if you cant spare 2-3min to finish quick a event sorry i say it again its a YOU PROBLEM and you shouldnt complain about something which is clearly YOUR own fault

They do give you the dates that the event runs over....

I figure, that when it expires, the quest can no longer be turned in.

You could say the same about many IRL time-limited offers, but you aren't going to get them when you jump up and down because you're late.

Yeah it's a pretty known fact that IRL you have a phasing system that would literally fix that very same issue in game. It totally happens IRL too.

If you didn't finish the quest in time. That's a you problem, not SE's.
Why should they add more effort and resources to keep a limited time event active longer? Specially when they constantly remind you when the event ends every time you log in.
Limited time events are exactly that, only available for a limited time.

yeah this company is really known for any effort at all and putting resources towards the game

at least make it believable if you're going to use that defense, barely any money is being put towards the game, we havent had viera hats in 5 years, same for hrothgars, stop trolling.
