So how is everyone feeling about Occult Crescent now that it’s been a few days?

Didn't like demiatma RNG, and when I voiced that opinion on reddit I had a ton of people dogpile on me with the old "u just mad you can't do it in one day", so now I'm actively bitter about it. That's more the fault of the players than the content, but either way I've fully checked out on the whole zone now.

I think the two kind of feed into one another.

Many players were gritting their teeth from DT launch to 7.2 having a lousy time, telling themselves they'd only keep going if Cosmic Explo and/or Occult Crescent were good.

They're not, of course.

Now those same players are confronted with the reality that the content requirements they set to keep playing have not been met.

And breaking up is hard to do.

Yeah - there was also (and still is), disappointingly, a lot of "I have cake, so you can't be hungry" where the matter of obtaining Atma is concerned.
