    They wont, or at least not in the near future.
    Just look how long it took for them to fix PCT.
    Thats not really a SE problem, Its a problem within the Japanese Culture. They simply cant admit that they messed up with something.

    Honestly, it's more likely not a problem on the JP servers so that means nothing will be done about it.
