Someone puts a load of love, passion, and enthusiasm into the game and it's Lore. Enough to make the effort OP did, and not only did it get a response like that suggesting that it's even possibly a shit post, but it gets more like than OPs post.
It's not even remotely funny or witty.
A lot of you out there really suck, and to an extent that includes the fence sitters.
As usual Jeeqbit is the almost lone hero.
Id love to give OP some love, but I mostly enjoyed DT MSQ, so i know I'm not the most sophisticated grasper of narrative and the sutch like, and that was way over my head, but I could at least appreciate that much.

I can't speak to MTG, but as someone who adores Elidibus and Lahabrea as characters, I would love to see them in merch or collabs. I wonder if it's mostly because they hop bodies so much and their true (humanoid) appearances are locked behind optional raids. Everything that happens in Pandaemonium is just as important to the MSQ as the events in Elpis (what with WoL being key to Lahabrea reabsorbing the part of himself that knows how to temper and create demigods), but it's still optional content. Ultimately the merch will be created for what's going to sell, and they just aren't as beloved as the other ancients
The "optional content" bit doesn't really fly for the MTG stuff considering Eden's Promise appears on one of the cards.I can't speak to MTG, but as someone who adores Elidibus and Lahabrea as characters, I would love to see them in merch or collabs. It is a bit unfortunate there wasn't any Pandaemonium representation.
XIV characters are kinda bland, compared to stuff like 7, X, etc. The most recognizable XIV characters outside of XIV fandom are probably the XI characters, such as Shantotto or Prishe.
My point is, people are getting exactly this reading, like Elidibus is a side character that appears in Pandemonium, when in reality he is along with the protagonist, the "gear" that sets all the MSQ in motion.I can't speak to MTG, but as someone who adores Elidibus and Lahabrea as characters, I would love to see them in merch or collabs. And I really think one of the reasons people think like this is because he doesnt get any art at the final of the Hydaelyn & Saga arc, nor the credits nor any merch, he has no recognition or representation.

DT might not be "good" for many but as narrative goes, 7.0 probably has the best autoconlusive narrative for the growth of Wuk Lamat and her journey.
Tbh I really think the worst narrative in XIV is found in 6.0 (and 6.1-6.5 as much as I love IV), it doesnt close anything that was proposed on 2.0 (thats Pandemonium job), the result has no real effect in the story (Final Days doesnt matter, Dynamis either and the dissolution of the Scions isnt de facto real) and it doesnt raise a good setting for Dawntrail, Wuk Lamat just pops out of nowhere at the last 30 minutes.
