I insta-pull any FATEs I see because the more people that are around them with they're pulled, the more massively their HP gets inflated. I'm sorry but I didn't design the scaling and I don't want to spend 5 minutes fighting a FATE boss with 20 million HP. Don't stand around waiting for people to show up, just pull.
