Fisher stellar missions needs an overhall

Under the current system, many of the mission require you to catch certain fish within an extremely small amount of time, and it's made worse by the fact that the reeling animation takes so long to complete that there is a higher chance of players running out of time during the reeling animation (and not have the hooked fish count, even if it is correct) than getting gold.
Add to that the blocker for abandoning a time/weather limited mission (cause the run became impossible) and the having to wait around for GP to regenerate, cause the anglers arts are removed upon end of mission, and it overall becomes the hardest class to get a cosmic tool on.

Fishing mostly relies on using the correct "tactics" paired with some rng.


It seems that whomever actually made this, forgot that fishing relies on pure RNG.


Also, Stellar hookset is useless, especially with it'sfull length reeling animation and 60 second cooldown.
Maybe replace it with something like Stellar Patience, with double the length of time and a buff reducing hook time (which can stack with chum)

uhm, stellar hookset is extremely usefull and fishing there doesnt rely on "pure rng"
You always have 1-2 fish in the pool that give large margins of points, that you can separate from the other fish by knowing their tug timers and bites. Also make use of your lvl 100 skills to get the tugs that you are looking for and slap one that you dont want before.
If you got a good fish then identical cast it. If you got the green one, then its even worth waiting 40 secs to get another stellar hookset going for maximum points

fishing is mostly knowing the fish and using the appropriate tactics there
