are u sure? I once got solo inside, all u need is just to queue in first 15 minutes.

I'm sure. You can only register for the boat every two hours, the quest marker doesn't even show up to register more than that, and I've waited 20 and 30 minutes before and the instance never spawned.

Trust me, if I could do Ocean Fishing more, I would.

You literally can't wait 20 minutes for it. It's only available to queue for for 15 minutes. It will always force pop at x:15 and if you don't accept then you can't requeue because the NPC depops.

I literally did. I have tried a dozen times or more over the last 6 months and I haven't had one instance spawn after waiting 20 minutes or more, getting bored and then going off to do something else.

You can ocean fish solo. You only have to be there when it opens (every 2 hours) and queue up. 15 minutes after the hour (for example: 20:15) it will pop and send you to your ship even if you are solo.

And again, I have waited for 30 minutes before and never had it spawn. I don't know what to tell you.
