It's not even that good for leveling imo. The amount of running around and cordial chugging I have to do on DoL jobs to level them makes me just want to wait for beast tribe dailies.I was hoping to spend time doing this, and have fun with it. However, it appears it's only useful to level jobs. When all your jobs are max, what is the point? I got to have a go at GAMBLING several times. Each time getting useless junk. Where is the motivation to keep doing it? They should change it so you can save up the Lunar Credits and buy what you want like the cowries in the sanctuary. Keep the GAMBLING for those who want to try their hand at getting what they want quicker. Others might disagree, but the class A missions are way too hard. Gave up even bothering to try those after a time. Really disappointed. I hope they make changes to it, and make if worthwhile coming back to down the line.
At this point, this is the only planet we have - so feedback is kinda needed for the next ones to improve from this.
I would like to see:
- more user friendly menus, especially for console users (did you know when you try to desynth ore for the item the menu is auto locked and you have to use the controller touch pad to unlock it?)
- Drivingways location shown on the map in bestaway, I had to actually Google how to get back there
- some sort of arrow where them teleports land you (the gate things)
- faster collection for the ground troops on the drilling crystal things in the fate (not much just a little or the ability to cancel the action if you see two together)
- all tools scaled to 690 (in the area) they have token buffs and I keep getting "your item level is too low" rendering anything out of the 90 one useless for my missions
Maybe I don't understand it very well, as I've not played it much and I might be doing it wrong but there's some QOL that could be added in the next ones.
Relic Tools, Cosmocredits for cosmetic rewards/gil, Lunar Credits for a chance at greater cosmetic rewards/gil, or maybe a person just enjoys Crafting/Gathering content that takes them out of main cities?
That's what Cosmocredits are for.
Class A missions are mainly there for the serious crafters who have spent a lot of time and gil on BiS pentamelded.
I look just like the roes next door... if you happen to live next door to an amusement park.
Faster to spam B rank missions for I, II, III research points even as a pentamelded crafter.I think a lot of the 100 penta melded crafters are opting to get gold on the A ranks, then swap back down to the less intense B ranks for grinding because you can just smack macros for those. (Even then, you better pay attention on what the durability and quality requirements are.)
A rank missions for IV research points, but I'll only touch one or two of the missions out of the bunch.
Unless you play like no lifer and even then your claim is suspicious .maybe play the game like a sane person and you will have much better experienceI was hoping to spend time doing this, and have fun with it. I've got pretty cheap pentamelds and most of the A-1/A-2 ones are very macroable. About the only one that gives me trouble is the 9000/23000 collectable one and a macro still works for gold about ~90% of the time.
Very few A rank missions are worth completing for research points. There's two that are the best, III-18 I-12 and IV-30 II-20.
Resetting missions is annoying af, so I end up spamming the III-6 II-6 I-6 mission instead.
It's not useful in leveling jobs, at least not gatherers. This game mode is just bad and not worth putting in anymore time.I was hoping to spend time doing this, and have fun with it. It's just to screw over people who already have dol/doh leveled up. Relics stats not tied to your level sounds like very lazy programming/game design.A little unimpressed that the relic tools are equal to script tools. Feels like a fair bit of effort for an aesthetic change.
Also by the time we can really use the tools to benefit from the lunar bonus, it's maxed out and we're no longer doing stellar missions on that job.
Guess it'll still be useful for Red Alerts.
I need to learn to craft? All my jobs are max and I craft the current end game gear, so that ship has sailed. Also, a much better use of my time! Yes, it did come across as rude. Give the content a try you say, I spent a couple of days doing this, but I spend my time mostly doing pvp. A much better use of my time in game. I stick to what I said, it is best served for people levelling jobs. What do I know anyway, I haven't learned to play the game yet based on your comment. So you consider the A ranks too hard so you gave up on them, you didn’t even attempt the relics and you aren’t contributing to your server’s continued progression and yet you think you’ve done all you need to do and think it should be changed?
Can you at least actually give half the included content a try before deciding it’s a failure. If you absolutely cannot do A ranks then maybe learn to craft (I’m not saying that in a rude way I’m saying crafting in this game is a skill you learn)
