You mentioned this once before in this thread, and it actually resonates with my current thoughts on the potential solution to this "problem".

I think that 200 wins might be a bit of a high requirement, maybe 100-150? I don't know, but it needs to be GOOD enough to be worth pursuing.

Overall though additional gear/mount rewards for winning, on top of existing exp/tome structure would be a huge incentive to focus on winning, as well as making sure leechers/lethargic players are purged by the community.
