OK, i have a solution for players, who have motion sickness/blurry image in motion and a RTX 20/30/40/50 card.
1. Install the newest Nvidia drivers.
https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/
Make sure, that you also install the Nvidia App. If you have older drivers then it is a good idea to choose "Custom Installation" and then check the "Clean Installation" checkbox. And then reboot your computer.
2. Start the Nvidia App. At the first startup there will be a question for autooptimizing the games, which is enabled by default. Please disable it. The autooptimization is not very good. I had cases where some games ran very slow because the autooptimization meant, that a 15 fps framelimiter is a good idea. -.-
3. When the main window of the App is open, click on the left side on "Graphics". Then on the left side, there will be a list with games. If FF14 is missing, click on the three dots and then select "Refresh". Then click on Final Fantasy IV Online. On the right side scroll down. There is a setting named "DLSS Override - Model Presets". Click on it. Then choose "Use different settings for each DLSS technology" and then choose unter "Super Resolution" the option "Preset K". And then click on "Apply".
4. Start Final Fantasy 14 and make sure, that you have DLSS enabled in the System Option.
Cheers
