Honestly don't know why they didn't just add a default tail pocket like the Evenstar Coat has.
Oh, wait I know why. Cutting corners by cutting tails. At least the helmet will have cat ears... They will do a cat ear version right?

I'm sure they are just going to have the Au ra horns clip through, but it would be great if they put a little ring around the base of the horns.

It works for hrothgars but not for viera

really? don't have a hroth so had no idea, however i do not know how it looks on them so might just be that the hair is hidden again but regardless it's strange that they would do it in such a spotty maner

you can only wear it because it hides your hair fully, so it's not a sign of them putting any serious work into adding hats for viera and/or hroths, until a time comes where they add a hat that doesn't completely hide hair away i won't be excited or thankful for another helm or hood like this

I "hear" you. The point of my post is that I'll take what I can get. So you're not exactly raining on my parade. I want hats but I also want helmets and hoodies. I don't even mind that the ears on this helm is artificial. I like the design and because of that I'm happy. Also the nature of helmets is that they typically cover your hair. So, I don't understand the issue with that.

I mean be mad that we don't have hats as is your right but I don't understand why when someone says they like this particular thing that works for them that you bring up what doesn't work. And I'm saying this because I notice this weird wave of negativity for no reason. Someone in a previous post acted as if me stating a desire somehow affects square's workload and at this point I'm just going to tell yall to touch grass.

thanks so much for "hearing" me. i knew very well what your post was about as i am actually capable of reading, hence my apology, which was genuine in case that did not come across.

i never mentioned the ears on the helmet, but since you did.... i find them cute actually, i also did not voice an issue with how helmets in general hide hair, because i don't have an issue with the fact helmets like this hide the hair. i was just voicing my own opinion without any intent of spiting you, because this is not the first helm/hood like this so the little excitement your title gave me lead to disappointment (which is very much on me) also no i'm not mad, i'm just disappointed about the whole head gear affair and how long it's been like this, that is all.

but i hope you know that i am oh so very sorry you made a public post on an online forum and someone else voiced their own opinion under it about something related to the post's topic that wasn't to your taste, maybe if you go out and touch some grass you'll feel better...?

back on a more serious note, i am actually glad to see you're happy about the helmet, hence again the apology, i am however not interested in being hit with hostility like this when i did not target you. i do not know what others have or have not said to you and i honestly don't care since this is how you decide to act. still a part of me does hope i misread the tone, in which case i apologize, however with how miserable people on here can be...

I guess the characters are real good at tucking.

But unless they were going to fully encase the tail in a special tail suit as well (because you don't want any skin or fur exposed in a vacuum; it defeats the purpose of a space suit) it makes sense that the alternate version is just forcing you to slide your tail down one leg.

Which is what makes it so odd because I believe that's the first time they've had a hat that works for hrothgar and not viera. It seemed to be the consensus of the community that if the helmet hides the hair, then more than likely the hat is going to work with some exceptions but it didn't happen this time. It makes me wonder if it was an intentional design choice by SE to do that.
