Players really shouldn't have to wait until the next expansion for even the slightest hope that the developers will make any meaningful changes to a job that obviously needs them. Hopefully they make changes as soon as possible but even then we're already down 2 out of 3 of the raid tiers. The excuse of "changing job design in 8.0" doesn't mean you can just leave current jobs stale.
