How are you guys tanking the 3 Garudas S/C/G does the tank just sit there or does the 2nd war try to tank the Melee/Mage? Also how are you handling stuns?

Mistral Shriek can be outranged by being on the opposite side of the arena.

After she does Aerial Blast she starts doing this Slipstream or something where she teleports to the edge of the circle and does a move. I have stayed behind her, on the opposite side of her and it draws you to the middle and does a double move... How do you avoid this?

MT vokes Suprana and OT vokes Chirada while getting into position, trying to make sure all three are not facing at the group, fire Collusions on BLMs then every other enmity CD, Sentinel, etc., Enduring March. Our WHM keeps them alive with Regen and Cure/Cura/Curaga.

Slipstream is just one of her normal abilities; it's the frontal cone AoE knockback.

Great Whirlwinds will also knock you back and deal ~1600 dmg.

When she teleports, she will be using Mistral Shriek or Song afterward. Shriek is full AoE that can be outranged, Song is frontal cone.

Basically full AF except for top, which is explorers tabard for the +7acc, Ifrits Harpoon, explorer earrings/veterans belt, 2 electrum rings, and an electrum gorget. I'm sitting at +42 acc from gear alone. I guess ill have to look at some different pieces.

DRG is fun, I got to try it with while other people were learning how to play BRD a few attempts.

But yeah it requires insane accuracy. One attempt I had my accuracy pumped to 475-490 (440 gear acc + BRD Song) and still only had 92% hit rate total on the fight and I had thought eatting ACC food would be overkill at that point... guess I was wrong! I should go get Moogle Fork, eat cabbages... 540 acc! I bet DRG would still miss though lol

Yeah sometimes you're just going to get super unlucky no matter what. But I think that ~480-90 ACC w/food is a good amount to have for any boss battle.

Yeah I had no idea lol...I mean I never remember missing much on Ifrit. Nor do I remember missing a lot on coincounter. But Garuda made me feel like a noob. Lol thats when I really saw how badly I apparently need accuracy. It was terrible, but a lesson well learned!

Sooo I'm farm up seals for that +25 acc low delay limsa lance. Then thatll put me at 430+ with no food. I'm going to experiment with the low delay weapons, since the Garuda lance looks so cool ill be refusing to use ifrits harpoon ever again. Figure ill try something different lol!

Anyway thanks guys for the livestream, was really helpful. And ty for going DRG, I learned some shit lol. Now until I get my gear straight ima go finish getting arc to 50 and put Garuda down for a bit. Least til my ls mates are ready to run it a couple times.

There is a lot of fine tuning and closely analyzing where you have to be to get adds down/avoid whirlwinds/ etc...

BG you guys have nothing but my respect for getting this done close to two days ago.
